Hello all, and sorry for the infrequent updates. I've been working on creative writing projects as well as launching a new magazine - more on that soon.

I received a nice note last week, though, from my editor at Small Spiral Notebook regarding my recent review of Anthony Giardina's White Guys. The author wrote her to say that he really appreciated my review and thought that I "got it" more than many mainstream reviewers. Kind praise from a talented man, though amusingly he thought I was a "he."
